Guinness & the Student's t-test

Oh, the things a geek (like me) takes pleasure in finding out:

The breweries [Guinness] pioneered several quality control efforts. The brewery hired the statistician William Sealy Gosset in 1899, who achieved lasting fame under the pseudonym "Student" for techniques developed for Guinness, particularly Student's t-distribution and the even more commonly known Student's t-test.

I did not know that! Back in the day, if had one Guinness for every time I used the t-test, they'd have my picture on the bottle.
